    Project Manager SD-WAN Migration

    Monuta

    Directing the nationwide migration of 60 sites to a new SD-WAN network while funeral services continue.

    • Planning and executing migrations site by site within agreed time windows, coordinated with the branches.
    • Directing the IT suppliers KPN (SD-WAN), Cegeka (migration), WL-ICT (cabling and patch cabinets) and Van Dorp (alarm transmission). A fixed sequence for each site: cabling, activation of the connection, migration and sign-off.
    • Working within ServiceNow as the ITSM environment.
    • Monitoring migration progress and resolving cross-site issues together with the supplier and operations.
  2. Oct 2024 – present

    Technical Project Manager

    ProRail ICT

    Leading complex IT and network projects in a high-availability rail environment, with a focus on lifecycle management and network modernisation.

    • Replacement and migration programmes for network equipment, with runbooks, risk management and Go/No-Go decision-making.
    • Network redundancy: redundant connections to improve availability and maintainability.
    • Secure Remote Access for OT environments with Cyolo and Genua.
    • Building an HF training environment; extending the office network with cabling, switches and Wi-Fi.
  3. Dec 2020 – Apr 2025

    Connectivity Project Manager

    Zorgpartners Midden-Holland

    Optimising the ICT infrastructure (LAN, WAN and WLAN) across all sites. Central point of contact and escalation channel, with a dedicated project team and around ten suppliers.

    • Installation of fibre infrastructure and migration of sites to Cisco Meraki (LAN, WLAN and SD-WAN).
    • Migration of the dark fibre network to E-VPN.
    • Acceptance criteria for handover to operations, drawn up together with the system administrators.
  4. Jan 2023 – Feb 2024

    IT Project Manager Migration

    Magnit Global NL

    Migration of workstations from on-premises to Azure, and replacement of the network infrastructure based on FortiGate and Meraki in line with the US security standard.

    • Collaboration with operations teams and specialists in the US, Europe and India, and with local installation partners.
    • Migration completed on time and within budget.
  5. Dec 2021 – Nov 2023

    IT Project Manager

    Reade Amsterdam

    Renewal of the ICT infrastructure and replacement of the nurse call system, without disrupting client care, within the "Reade Knapt Op" programme.

    • Digital access control (Salto), including a redesign of authorisation and authentication.
    • Replacement of the entire network (wireless and wired) and the server environment for the nurse call system.
    • Patch cabinets in the technical rooms brought into good order.
  6. Dec 2017 – Nov 2020

    Technical Project Lead, Connectivity

    Stichting De Opbouw

    Improving the ICT infrastructure (LAN, WAN and WLAN) at a large number of sites. Single point of contact for suppliers and the operating companies.

    • Firewalls migrated to Cisco Meraki SD-WAN and WAN connections moved to a new provider.
    • Wi-Fi renewed with Aruba; patch rooms cleaned up and tidied.
    • Nurse call systems migrated and ICT delivered in new-build premises.
  7. Jan 2015 – Nov 2017

    Technical Project Lead

    ProRail ICT-Operations

    Implementation manager for ICT projects and mentor to junior project leads. Point of contact between the project, the operations organisation and IT suppliers.

    • Improvement and relocation of the Generiek Toegangsnetwerk (generic access network).
    • Wi-Fi roll-out in head and regional offices and implementation of Cisco Prime.
    • National DNS infrastructure and phasing out of a mail relay service.
