Who we are

This website is operated by YAH-advies B.V., established in Almere and registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 88792315. We are the controller for the processing of personal data as described in this statement. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@yah-advies.nl or asked by phone on +31 6 20 69 53 44.

Visiting this website

This website does not place cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are loaded from the website itself, not through third parties. The hosting provider may temporarily record technical data, such as your IP address, in server log files, solely for security purposes and to keep the website functioning properly.

Forms and the preparation (intake)

The questions in the preparation are processed in your own browser window. Only when you click "Send" in the preparation or in the contact form are your answers, your contact details and any preferred times sent to us. This is done via the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to our email address info@yah-advies.nl. FormSubmit acts as a processor on our behalf. If you choose to email via your own email program or to download the summary, the website itself does not send anything.

What data we process and why

When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide yourself, such as your name, organisation, job title, email address, phone number and the content of your question. We use this data to answer your question, to arrange an introductory meeting and, if you so wish, to prepare a proposal or an assignment. The legal basis for this is your request (taking steps prior to entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

If, as a professional, you send us your CV or details for recruitment, selection or secondment, we use them only to discuss suitable positions or assignments with you. We share your CV with a client only after you have given your consent.

Retention periods

We do not keep data for longer than necessary. Contact details and correspondence that do not lead to any follow-up are deleted no later than one year after the last contact. Data required for an assignment or for our administration is retained for as long as the law requires; for financial records, this is seven years. CVs and recruitment data are deleted no later than four weeks after a procedure has been completed, unless you consent to longer retention, up to a maximum of one year.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We share it only where this is necessary to carry out an assignment or a recruitment procedure and you have been informed of this, or where we are required to do so by law. We make agreements to protect your data with parties that process data on our behalf, such as our email and hosting providers.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to have its processing restricted, to object to processing and to data portability. Please send any request to info@yah-advies.nl; we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may amend this statement, for example when new features are added to the website. The current version is always available on this page.
