Moving branches across the Netherlands, step by step, to a new SD-WAN network while services carry on.

Directing the nationwide migration: planning, migrations and coordination between the branches and the IT suppliers.

SD-WAN, local network connections, patch cabinets and cabling; ServiceNow as the ITSM environment.

The IT suppliers KPN, Cegeka, Van Dorp and WL-ICT, and the branches themselves.
Approach
A fixed sequence for each site: preparation and cabling, activation of the connection, migration and sign-off.
Continuity
Migrations within agreed time windows, coordinated with each branch, so that funeral services continue without interruption.
Result / contribution
Ongoing programme; several branches have been migrated, with dashboards tracking migration progress.

Project management of the LAN, WAN and WLAN renewal within a healthcare programme. Central point of contact and escalation channel, with a dedicated project team and around ten suppliers.
Technology
Switches, Wi-Fi/access points, Cisco Meraki, redundant connections, fibre, technical rooms and patch cabinets; interdependence with assistive care technology.

KPN, DELTA, Simac ICT and WL-ICT.
