Expertise

Technical project management
from patch cabinet to cloud.

YAH-Advies leads technical projects where networks, physical infrastructure and applications come together. You get control of schedule, suppliers and risks, from someone who knows the technology first-hand.

Technical project management

From design decision to implementation and transition. We bring technology, people and suppliers together in one workable plan.

  • Project leadership and implementation management
  • Programme, stakeholder and supplier management
  • Contract management and multidisciplinary teams

Network migration and SD-WAN

Renewing business-critical networks: from MPLS to SD-WAN, and from ageing equipment to a manageable environment. Site by site, within agreed time windows.

  • WAN, LAN, WLAN / Wi-Fi and lifecycle
  • Routers, switches and access points
  • Architecture, security and redundancy
Example: SD-WAN migration at Monuta →

Physical infrastructure

A network transformation does not stop at the switch. We include the physical foundation in design, execution and handover.

  • Fibre, UTP, patching and patch panels
  • Technical rooms, network and patch cabinets
  • Power supply, fibre entry and civil works
Example: more than 200 sites at Stichting De Opbouw →

Cloud and workplace migration

Control of migrations, platform integrations and workplace renewal, aligned with the network and day-to-day use.

  • Microsoft Azure, SaaS and Microsoft 365
  • Windows, Linux, VMware, Oracle and MySQL
  • Workstations and office automation
Example: workstations and infrastructure at Magnit →

Healthcare technology

Renewing technology while care carries on. With attention to alarm systems, availability and the people who work with them.

  • Assistive care technology and nurse call systems
  • Connectivity and critical care infrastructure
  • Audiovisual solutions and implementation
Example: renewing nurse call at Reade →

AI in the organisation (in development)

A service still in development: responsible use of AI workflows and automation, with a clearly defined question and human review.

  • AI adoption, workflows, agents and automation
  • Knowledge management and process integration
  • Governance and organisational implementation

Start small

Insight first. Then invest.

A complex programme does not have to start with a large assignment.

A clearly scoped first step

Network & Infra Decision Check

For a suitable first pilot question: one site, a clearly defined question and no more than ten network devices. We review the existing documentation and talk to the network administrator. The result is a concise decision document with findings, uncertainties and three prioritised next steps.

Scope, fixed price and schedule are agreed in advance. The pilot does not change your environment and is not a full security audit.

A migration starts with dependencies

Which systems use the connection? Who owns it, which suppliers need to be able to act at the same time, and what is the fallback route? That overview turns a technical change into a migration that can actually be carried out.

A patch cabinet is part of the operational process

Clear labelling, up-to-date documentation and a logical layout help with changes and incidents. That is why physical infrastructure belongs in the project scope.

A new direction for growth

From infrastructure transformation
to intelligent organisations.

AI in the organisation is a service still in development. Experience with technical change is the foundation: we are exploring how AI workflows, agents and automation can contribute to business processes and knowledge management.

We start with a clearly defined question, testable outcomes and human review. Governance, adoption and fit within the organisation are part of it from the outset.

About this intake

Your answers stay in this browser window only until you click send. They are not kept in browser storage; if you refresh the page, they are gone.

When you click send, your answers and contact details are sent to YAH-Advies via the form service FormSubmit. They are never sent to an AI service. You can also download the summary or email it from your own email program. More information is available in the privacy statement.

The intake asks set questions and does not provide a technical diagnosis.
